new twibble versions

In addition to the new site there also new versions of both twibble desktop and twibble mobile. Despite some bug fixes twibble mobile has a new update site http://m.twibble.de which you can access via the about menu. twibble desktop comes in a slightly revised layout: Download twibble mobile 0.5.0 here, twibble desktop 0.3.2 is here.
