Love all the new features, especially the ones I asked for. The new version seems faster than ever, despite having even more features. 
The only valid characters in Twitter usernames are letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9) and underscores (_). When parsing tweets for usernames after @, stop at the first invalid character.

Hallo, ich wollte wieder Twibble mit meinem N79 nutzen.
Mit der neuen Version bekomme ich nach dem Programmstart von Twibble die Rückfrage “Netzwerkzugriff erlauben”. Diese Frage bestätige ich mit Ja und erhalte die gleiche Frage noch zweimal. Anschließend wird mir der Startbildschirm gezeigt und der Hinweis, dass die Tweets geladen werden. Twibble geht online, oben links im Eck erscheint ein Smiley und dann stürzt das Programm ab. Ein neues Problem?

This appears to be one of those installations, at least for me using an LG Viewty, which do not install over an older one. When I downloaded and tried to install I got the error ‘Authorization failed’. I un-installed the old version, rebooted the phone and installed the new one OK, but then, different to all the other Twibble installations, this time it was put straight into my ‘Games’ folder rather than asking me Game or Application. Anyway, it works great! Thanks Thilo.

Ich bin eigentlich ein begeisterter twibble User, leider will twibble seit den letzten Updates nicht mehr mit meinem Nokia E71.
Wenn ich die Netzverbindung über WLAN herstelle klappt alles wunderbar. Wenn ich nun aber über die UMTS Verbindung meines Providers O2 gehe bekomme ich nach längerer Zeit immer die Fehlermeldung Error -36.
Hatte das sonst früher nur ab und zu mall wenn ich Twitpic genutzt habe.
Muss ich irgendwo noch andere Einstellungen vornehmen? Ich würde doch so gern wieder unterwegs twittern

ein vorschlag für zukünftige versionen: wäre es möglich nutzername und passwort für mehrere accounts zu speichern? in meinem fall wäre das ein band-account und ein privater account. momentan muss ich immer manuell nutzernamen und passwort wechseln.

Upgraded to this newer version on my BB Curve and now it won’t even launch! Worked great before with older version. Now I get “Module Twibble has verification error 2863 at offset ae9b” when I try to launch it. I want my old version back that worked! Already uninstalled it as pary of upgrade.

I used 0.9.8 for a week, 0.9.10 for a day and now back to 0.9.8 for a day on my SE w910i. I think 0.9.8 is more stable. Besides twibble, I also run several other Internet applications simultaneously for hours at a time, including eBuddy, Skype and Lexulous, so this is a tough test for twibble.
Some problems in 0.9.10 compared to 0.9.8. twibble 0.9.10 and other applications start reporting frequent socket errors, even after closing and restarting all applications. I had to reboot the phone.
Performance may be faster in 0.9.10 but it’s less predictable and reliable than 0.9.8. Long pauses when fetching the next lot of tweets. New tweets not arriving automatically. Times on old tweets not updating if no new tweets. The long pause on startup is replaced by many unexpected short pauses while running as tweets are fetched in small batches.
I don’t know if others have experienced similar problems or are able to reproduce them.

0.9.5 worked great on my nokia e71
0.9.8 worked over WLAN but not on 3G/EDGE/GPRS
0.9.10 doesn’t work on any networks now, it just says “loading tweets…” for ages 
help please?

On my n95 8gb the DM and Replies are shown well BUT twits from me and the people that I follow are shown with “(Just Now)” and not the real time that was sent.
I love Twibble!

@Martin unfortunately the optimizations added to 0.9.10 worked well for most phones but not for for some others. 0.9.11 should be ok again, I hope!
@jstz001 pls try 0.9.11 What phone model/firmware do you have?
