twibble mobile 0.5.1
In addition to twibble desktop the new twibble mobile also supports secure connections via ssl (enable in settings). Be aware that using SSL requires more data to be sent. It also may slow down the overall performance. 0.5.1 uses the new URI of the twittervision API which was changed recently (“update location”).

I am using the symbian version 0.5.1
What i liked about the old version was that it had an ‘alarm’ when a new twitter message had been received. I cannot find this setting in the latest version. I would like this very much if you could set sound on/off.
for now i’m using both old and new version of twibbel at the same time so i get an alarm of the old version of twibble.

@Daniel if the LG supports MIDP2.0/CLDC1.1 you should be ok!

@Concordiam oh, you still have a twibble with sound? That’s probably a very old version 
Most people don’t seem to like sound that much, that’s why it’s not included in the latest version. But maybe I’ll put it back in.
